Marlen is a dedicated dental hygienist passionate about helping patients achieve their best oral health.

Before becoming a hygienist, she spent a few years as an elementary school teacher, having earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of South Florida. Her background in teaching gave her a strong foundation in patience and education—both of which she brings into her work every day. She later pursued her associate’s degree in dental hygiene at Santa Fe College in Gainesville.

In her free time, she loves gardening, reading, and spending time with her golden doodle, Theo.
