First Visit
Kindly ensure to bring your dental insurance card for your initial appointment and arrive a bit early to finish any essential paperwork if you haven’t done so already. Don’t forget to bring a list of all the medications you’re presently taking as well.

Financial Policy
Our office will handle insurance claims as a courtesy if it is a PPO plan, but please note that you are responsible for any treatment fees. You will be charged for all dental treatment and any payments from your insurance carrier will be directly sent to the subscriber’s address on file. If you have any questions about our financial policies or financing options, please don’t hesitate to ask before undergoing treatment.
Emergencies
If you require assistance during office hours, we will prioritize your situation and attend to you as soon as possible. However, if you need help outside of office hours, please contact our office and follow the instructions given. We will promptly return your call. In the event of a severe or life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
